Latthe Education Society is one of the well-known educational institutions in western Maharashtra having 36 branches in Sangli, Satara and Kolhapur district.
Nemgonda Dada Patil Night Collage is the only Night College in Sangli District, which is affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
Latthe Education Society started the Night College on non-grant basis on 15th June, 1983 with the noble aim of providing a golden opportunity of higher education to needy students and enables them to complete their education. A number of students who are deprived of the opportunity of the higher education get the opportunity to work during day time and attend the college in the evening. In other words the society opened the doors of higher education to needy students who are struggling to get education on the basis of earn and policy.
As the college was established through the glorious sacrifice of Nemgonda Dada Patil, it was named
Nemgonda Dada Patil Night College of Arts and Commerce, Sangli. The different Working or Employed students from the poor section of the society got the opportunity to complete their higher education.

Mission

Sustainable Academic Development” We are dedicated to impart qualitative and
valuable service in the field of higher education to the needy students nearby
areas of Sangli city. We try to attain community and social development through
infrastructural facilities of the institution. We provide a platform to the
students, by giving them an opportunity to face all the challenges of the
competitive world, with utmost utilization of their potential in sports,
athletics and other events.
Objectives
1) To
meet the educational, social, cultural and economic needs of the needy
students.
2) To ensure and inculcate perfect
discipline in terms of regularity, sincerity and punctuality amongst the
students so that they contribute to the society and nation as most responsible
and respectable citizens.
3) To aim at overall personality
development of the students fraternity through extra-curricular activities is
association with various social and cultural organization.
4) To provide educational facilities in
Higher education to the needy, working students from the poor sections of the
